Event Ticket Transfers/Refunds
You have 2 calendar days to request a refund of event tickets from the date purchased. Once we receive your request, and if approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Event ticket refunds and/or transfers will not be made within 48 hours of the event registered for.
For refund requests that have not been made within the required 2 calendar days, or within 48 hours of the event the tickets were purchased for, a request can be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org for a transfer of purchased event tickets to an alternate RevolutionHER™ event of equal or lesser value. Transfer of event ticket purchases is not guaranteed. Alternatively, for refund requests that have not been made within the required 2 calendar days, or within 48 hours of the event the tickets were purchased for, a request can be made via email to email@example.com for a transfer of purchased event tickets to the same registered event to another user. Payment reimbursement, if desired by the original event ticket purchaser, must be arranged between both users, and does not get reimbursed through RevolutionHER™.
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, at the sender’s expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and proof of purchase receipt must be provided by you.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
