RevolutionHer Healthy Habits Challenge

Habits don’t have to be difficult to adopt. The challenge comes from doing them consistently over time and making them a natural part of an everyday routine.
It’s time to challenge ourselves to try something new, different, healthy and fun!

We all know that small consistent changes and actions each day can build behaviours and habits that stick, so lets motivate each other every week for the next 4 weeks to do something new, even if that something is small.

Once our 4 weeks are up you will have tried a few new things and just might have the courage to try something a little bigger…




How It Works:

  • A new challenge will be released on the Monday of each week, with details on how to interact and specific challenges to meet.
  • For best interaction, be sure to join our Facebook Group to watch our weekly videos with Alumni Contributor Lori-Ann McLeod of ONYX FIT, who will get us pumped for each week’s challenge ahead!
  • At the end of each week, we will award prizes to keep everyone motivated and having fun!

Focusing on accomplishments and good things happening in your life, no matter how small, can help you to feel more joy in your day and steer you from focusing on the negative!

This Week’s Challenge
For the next 7 days, write down 3 things that were positive or successful about your day, each day. Take a picture and share it, or write a post detailing your wins!

  • If posting in our private Members Club on Facebook, be sure to post on the Week 1 Challenge thread.
  • If posting on IG, use hashtag #RevHerHealthyHabits and tag us @RevolutionHerTM when posting to your IG Stories
