    Let’s talk all things menopause! Hot flushes, anxiety, weight gain, emotional, angry, breaking down to name a few. What tips do you have and what are you struggling with right now?

    I am jumping on here to join the discussion on menopause and perimenopause. I am both a women in her 40s and a health care provider who works with women in mid-life. Personally, I am noticing that my mood and energy changes with my cycle have increased in recent years. Mindfulness meditation and menstrual awareness are very helpful tools for me. Working with my clients, I notice issues with sleep and managing all the demands of mid-life.
