Michelle Annis-Watterson of CatNap Cottages claims that petting your cat increases oxytocin and decreases cortisol which helps you sleep, reduces anxiety, and relieves stress.

Dimple Arora of Mindful Evolution suggests eating a balanced diet rich with tryptophan, carbohydrates, calcium, magnesium, melatonin, and vitamin B6 helps with a quality sleep.
