Jes Wolfe is the CEO and Chairwoman of Rebel Girls, a global multi-platform empowerment brand, dedicated to helping raise the most inspired and confident generation of girls through content, experiences, products, and community. The brand's reach includes a growing community of 20 million self-identified Rebel Girls spanning more than 100 countries, more than 8 million books sold in 49 languages and 18 million audio listens. Under Jes’s leadership, Rebel Girls has expanded its offerings to include the Rebel Girls app, digital and physical events, and merchandise.

ERICA EHM
Erica Ehm is Chief Innovation Officer of Ehm & Co, an award-winning digital marketing agency that helps brands connect with moms as well as Publisher of YMC.ca, a platform created for moms by moms. She is a trailblazer in content marketing and social media. Her collaboration with health researchers earned her a Governor General’s Innovation Award nomination. She is a co-founder of the Inside>Out Initiative, a not for profit created to help ME-power teens to find their passion, purpose and potential. Erica was one the original stars of MuchMusic and produces a podcast called Reinvention of the VJ. Erica is an entrepreneur, interviewer, author, playwright, awarding-winning songwriter and sought-after speaker.

TANYA HAYLES
Tanya Hayles is an award-winning creative storyteller using various mediums to evoke emotions, create change, build movements, and color in white spaces.
She is the founder of Black Moms Connection, an online global village of 20,000 and non-profit providing culturally relevant programs and resources to educate and empower the Black mother and her family.
The work of diversifying motherhood was the reason behind launching the anti-Black racism consulting business Color In White Spaces, changing the conversation of diversity and inclusion and making it real and relatable.
She was the 2019 BMO for Women award recipient for Community & Charitable Giving, 2020 L’Oreal Woman of Worth honoree, and selected as one of Canada’s Top 25 Women of Influence in 2021.

ELAINE TAN COMEAU
Founder, Easy Daysies Ltd.
Elaine is a sought after keynote speaker, and author, and is the Founder & CEO of Easy Daysies Ltd. She went from being a school teacher to accidentally inventing a children’s product, and becoming one of Dragons’ Den’s favorite pitches. Elaine has been featured by Forbes, Macleans, CBC, FOX, CTV, Parents Magazine, and the Financial Post. Elaine loves supporting women in business through her podcast, and her book Sell Your Passion. She is a stroke survivor and spokesperson for Heart & Stroke Foundation; a member of the Marketing Advisory Council for Douglas College; and a Patron for the ANCA Naturally Autistic World Festival.

HILARY MacMILLAN
The Hilary MacMillan brand features ready-to-wear styles in sizes XS - 4X, home, swim, lounge and accessories. The eponymous brand focuses on using high-quality, cruelty-free materials in bold colours and exceiptional textures when designing every product. Hilary was 1 of 4 recipients of FGI's Visionary Award in 2021, as the brand's mission is rooted in making a statement, taking action and building women up. 2022 has brought acollaboration with Barbie®, a new pop-up store, and a nomination for Womenswear Designer of the year via CAFA.
Born in Boston, Hilary moved to Toronto at the age of 3, and now calls Leslieville home with her 2 pups Gus & Maisie. Hilary originally studied political science & economics but decided to follow her fashion intuition when she fell in love with the design process. Fast forward to 2013 the brand was born & the rest is history.
Hilary pulls inspiration from many facets of her life, among them, her Scottish heritage, her love of art, the Canadian landscape, & different design decades throughout history.

ANNE DE ARAGON
Vice President & Country Manager, GoDaddy Canada
Anne De Aragon is the Vice President and Country Manager for GoDaddy Canada, the company that empowers everyday entrepreneurs. In this role, she is responsible for all GoDaddy operations in Canada, leading the charge on business strategy and growth. Throughout her tenure at GoDaddy, she has worked closely with Canadian small businesses to understand their needs to help them reap the benefits of having an online presence. Anne has also been a driving force behind GoDaddy’s partnership with the Toronto Raptors resulting in some of the most successful branding campaigns in the company’s history. This past year, she spearheaded the "Don't Stop Being Unstoppable" campaign, highlighting real Canadian small business owners and Olympian Andre De Grasse.
Prior to joining GoDaddy, Anne held a range of senior marketing and sales roles at Microsoft, where she worked directly with small and mid-sized businesses to drive revenue. Anne is now dedicated to helping other young professionals and women entrepreneurs discover their passions through regular speaking engagements and mentorship opportunities.

INDIANA GREGG
Indiana Gregg has built a successful career as both a performer and a creative tech visionary. She currently serves as the CEO and founder of Wedo, a mobile/web-based social bank & communication drop-in payments application that helps people virtually sell their goods and services in real time. The platform attracts people from all over the globe with tools to stay organized, invoice clients and even accept payment in multiple currencies. Indy is the mother to three adult children, each of whom rock in their own entrepreneurial pursuits and passions.

Over the last 16 years and with her family by her side, Tonia Jahshan has made premium loose-leaf tea the daily norm, by turning tea lovers into business owners through her direct sales company, Sipology. Her journey started in 2006, and in 2012, everything aligned, when Tonia and Hatem entered CBC’s Dragons’ Den and partnered with Jim Treliving and David Chilton. Today, Sipology has millions in annual sales and thousands of Consultants across North America selling loose leaf tea and accessories. Jennylyn Pringle grew three internationally selling brands before the age of 30, all while juggling the role of a single mother to her beloved 4-year-old-son, Taylor. At 23, she took over the family business, Homestead House Paint Co., saving it from bankruptcy and bringing it back to a place of profit; today it remains as Canada’s sole manufacturer of milk paint. At 27, she launched her first private label in the U.S., Miss Mustard Seed’s Milk Paint; two years later, she launched Fusion Mineral Paint™, which is now sold in over 30 countries. CATHERINE BEACH
Catherine Beach is the national lead for Women in Trade on the Inclusive Trade team at Export Development Canada (EDC). As the lead for EDC’s Women in Trade strategy, Catherine focuses specifically on helping more women entrepreneurs export to grow their business.
Working directly, as well as through key partners, EDC offers specialized trade knowledge, facilitates trade with financing and insurance solutions, and provides connections to enable companies to grow their business with confidence.
With more than 15 years’ experience in international business, marketing and partnership development, Catherine has worked with fast-growing startups, international development agencies, social enterprises and government organizations in Europe, Asia and North America.
Catherine has a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Queen’s University in Kingston, ON, with a bachelor of international business (BIB) and a post-graduate in non-profit marketing from Carleton University in Ottawa. NATANYA WACHTEL
Natanya Wachtel is the founder of New Solutions Network, a group of strategic consultancy practices that helps life sciences companies design more strategic and customer-centric solutions, leveraging the intersection of technology and behavioral science. Natanya also serves to aid patient advocacy, education, and health benefits for those with chronic diseases and within marginalized communities via dedicated, volunteer efforts including being one of the founding board members of Women Who Create, a mentorship and scholarship program for women of color that partners with biopharmaceutical companies to increase access to college education. She began a focus on digital mental wellness and health management through work in private family therapy practice in early 2000.
Natanya is also the co-founder of evrmore.io, an empathy AI powered platform that serves as an interactive game-theory-powered mental wellness guide. evrmore has been featured in Netflix’s “The Social Dilemma” and will also be in the series’ follow-up, “The Changemakers.” They have been named Best Responsible Technology from the Anthem awards, was part of Melinda Gates’ Headstream Accelerator, and earned Health2.0’s Best Company and Outstanding Leadership Awards.

Founder / Visionary & Operations - Haven Sleep Co.
Scott is an experienced tech and e-commerce entrepreneur, business founder, and team leader. Years ago, Scott recognized a gap in the market: many folks were shopping online for bed in a box due to convenience, but very few brands were offering natural plant-based products in this category. Natural mattresses in traditional retail started at $3000, which was inaccessible for many Canadian shoppers. Haven was started as a plant-based, wellness company dedicated to “Better Sleep For All”. For every 10 mattresses sold, we pair a mattress to a charity partner.

MARY THOMPSON
While earning a degree in Communications and Marketing from Toronto Metropolitan University (previously known as Ryerson University), Mary Thompson worked in the restaurant industry as a server and bartender. This experience gave her an appreciation of food and wine, along with interesting insights into the industry and customer behaviours, including the negative behaviour that could sometimes result from overconsumption of alcohol.
To better manage her own hectic lifestyle and lead a health-focused lifestyle, Mary made the conscious decision to minimize her alcohol consumption and has enjoyed discovering the wide range of newly developed non-alcoholic beverages that help make people feel more included.
Mary grew up in Burlington and lives in Toronto. She is currently working on achieving the Wine and Spirits Education Trust Level 1 and 2 certifications. With over four years of experience in a senior marketing role in the Consumer Services sector, Mary now works as the Marketing Director for Clearsips.
