Built on the foundation of 10 successful years as The Mompreneurs® Organization, we have evolved in order to bring to the masses what we have thus far kept to a very niche market of 23,000 female entrepreneurs. Women are not one-dimensional, and their experiences shouldn’t be either! We are poised and ready to expand our support and reach for ALL women in ALL aspects of their lives – and we couldn’t be more excited!

Founder & CEO
Maria Locker is an advocate and champion for the advancement of women and female entrepreneurs across North America, and is sought as a speaker, contributor, and expert surrounding topics including economic empowerment, gender equality, lifestyle and business trends, and products that women love.
As Founder and CEO of The Mompreneurs® Organization from 2010 to 2020, Maria worked with her team across Canada to grow their community of women to over 23,000 members and subscribers, presented 750+ events, and gave back over $80,000 to the community and charitable organizations. Now, as the Founder and CEO of RevolutionHER™, Maria is excited to work alongside her team to bring even more support, empowerment, and inspiration to women of all ages and walks of life!
An alumni of University of Guelph (BA ’02) and Lakehead University (BEd ’04), Maria is driven to lead a life of purpose and passion. Fuelled by the incredible women, family and friends she is surrounded by, and through the endless support of her husband David and children Jackson and Sofia, Maria is grateful for the many challenges and experiences life has thrown her way. She believes that battling Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and Thyroid Cancer within a year of each other in 2016/17, while in the midst of the biggest business project of her life, helped to lead her to this moment in time with clarity and vision — exactly where she was meant to be.

Sara Clarke is a force for motivation. Her purpose is to empower women around the world, to create a life they truly love. Sara’s driving force is the hurt she holds in her heart for those who are not living in their full potential. Sara speaks throughout North America sharing inspiration of living an epic life, to women, entrepreneurs and those who are hurting. You can find her sharing wisdom about creating a life where you choose to Live Beyond Satisfied™, through topics such as mindset, money, goal setting, time management, business development, personal development. Sara is also a multiple business owner, author and columnist. At the age of 18 Sara discovered the entrepreneurial lifestyle as she found herself ‘unemployable’, meaning that she was born to be her own boss. She also holds 3 diplomas and is a Certified Sacred Gifts Guide.
Sara is Founding Partner & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RevolutionHer™ Inc., and has worked with Scotiabank, GoDaddy, Chamber of Commerce, multiple Small Business Centres, Provision University and Conference. She has been seen on RogersTV and Internationally: Fixing The Money Thing. Sara has also shared her expertise in The New Vintage Family, Business London Magazine and RevolutionHER magazine. Sara has shared her expertise with many women’s groups, podcasts and online meetups. Sara loves to empower all women from the stage to create a life they love. She believes that everyone has an opportunity to be more, do more and have more to give more to those around us. Through her personal mantra ‘Live Beyond Satisfied’, Sara believes that we are all a ripple effect in this world, and we choose what those ripples reflect onto others.

Grace and her husband emigrated to Canada in 2006 from the UK. After having two wonderful children, Canada is now home. Grace became a mompreneur when her second child was just 5 months old, which is when she founded The Moores Group, a marketing agency that specializes in sponsorships for small businesses with a community based demographic.
Grace is a Founding Partner and Director of Partnerships for RevolutionHer™ Inc., and is a firm believer that together we can achieve so much more. On every adventure or new path taken, there is always someone supporting, inspiring and empowering us along the way; we are all stronger together.
ELAINE TAN COMEAU
Lead Community Manager (Vancouver, BC)
Heading up our events and support for members in Vancouver and the West Coast of Canada, Elaine is an enterprising mother of three young children, a wife, and a former elementary school teacher. She is the founder and CEO of the multiple award-winning Easy Daysies, a visual magnetic scheduler to help children and families with their daily routines. Elaine was named Canada’s 2014 RevolutionHER of the Year and has received the Chamber of Commerce Award for Excellence in Business, as well as an Award in Teaching Excellence, while Easy Daysies was named one of Dragons’ Den favorite deals by Kevin O’Leary and was chosen by Ford Company as one the 2014 Dragons’ Den Driven For Success Companies that exemplified Ford’s Four Pillars of Success.
Elaine has been featured in the Financial Post, Maclean’s Magazine, Canadian Business Magazine, Huffington Post, highlighting her journey as a mom entrepreneur. She has written and published several e-books, and she continues to be sought after for her webinars and speaking engagements on educational topics and entrepreneurship, and continues to be a guest blogger for Staples Canada, Scholars Choice and Creative Teaching Press (USA).
Administrative Assistant & Member Support
Ale is an outstanding business support professional and “mompreneur”. She is a mom of 2, wife and founder of AMG Virtual Assistant Services, which she launched in 2013. Born in Costa Rica and fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she has called Canada home for over two decades.
Ale brings 20 years of administrative experience and is happy to provide office and project leadership services for small businesses, entrepreneurs and executives. With further training in print and digital graphic design, her in-demand services also include desktop publishing and graphic design. She also provides project management and system and procedural implementation support.
Being an entrepreneur herself, Ale is passionate about helping and supporting her clients be successful. With her assistance, she gives them the opportunity to grow professionally and to improve profitability, but most importantly gives them the ability to share quality time with family and loved ones. Ale is honoured to support the Mompreneurs Team. She looks forward to working, supporting and encouraging women to do what they love so that they can build their businesses to the next level. Ale firmly believes in “Doing what you love and loving what you do”.
